Convergence 2026
Please read all policies before registration. These rules apply to all events and tracks.
Violation of rules may lead to disqualification or disciplinary action by the organizing committee.
A valid college ID card is mandatory for entry.
Registration must be completed before the deadline; late entries will not be accepted.
Participants may join multiple events at their own risk of schedule clashes.
Team size must match event specifications; violations will lead to disqualification.
Plagiarism, malpractice, or indiscipline will result in immediate disqualification and possible disciplinary action.
Judges' and organizing committee's decisions are final.
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and screenshot upload.
Any damage to infrastructure will be charged to the responsible participant or team.
Participants must report 30 minutes before the event for verification.
Rules may be amended by the organizing committee with prior notice.
Use of mobile phones or unauthorized devices during competitions is prohibited unless permitted.
Certificates will be issued only to participants who complete the event as per guidelines.
No refunds will be provided once registration is completed.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee may reschedule or cancel the event.
Event and track rankings will be determined by the total number of registrations.
Students will be granted a one-way railway concession for travel in 2nd class only.
