- Registered Phone number
- Registered email
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- University (If not Ganpat University then name of your University )
- Department (Eg. CE,EC...Etc)
- Year
- Enrollment number
- Screen shot of your payment successful mail (Make sure that Payment_id is visible in the ScreenShot)
