Convergence will be held on 15-16 September, 2025 at Ganpat University.
The college will be open from 08:30 AM to 05:20 PM during the convergence duration.
You can participate in a maximum of 3 events after registration.
The registration deadline is 10th September, 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight).
No, there are no refunds after registration. All registrations are final.
All team members must register individually. After registration closes, faculty and student coordinators for each event will form teams according to the event guidelines. Please check the event description for specific rules, regulations, and team size requirements, which must be followed strictly.
During registration, please carefully check the event timings and schedule. It is your responsibility to select events that don't overlap in timing. Choose your maximum of three events wisely to avoid time conflicts.
Yes, accommodation is available on a paid basis, but only if traveling from your location is not feasible for daily commute. To request accommodation:

No, food is not included in the registration fees. However, you can purchase lunch from the college hostel or food stalls available on campus on a paid basis.
The number of winners for each event will be determined based on the total number of participants actually present on the day of the event (not based on registration numbers). The winner categories are as follows:
More than 10 participants present: Three winners will be declared

5 to 10 participants present: Two winners will be declared:
1st Winner
2nd Winner
Less than 5 participants present: One winner will be declared:
1st Winner only
Note: The participant count includes both group participants and individual (solo) participants combined who are actually present during the event.
