POSTER PRESENTATION
Theme:
Make-in-India & Industrial Self-Reliance

Rules & Regulations:
1.Team Composition
Each participating team may have up to 3 members. Teams with more than 3 members will not be accepted.
2.Poster Dimensions
Standard poster size is 3 feet (width) x 4 feet (height). Portrait orientation only. Landscape or non-standard sizes will be disqualified.
3.Cluster & Topic Selection
Each team must select one topic from their assigned cluster only. Topics cannot be swapped between clusters after registration.
4.Language
The poster content must be in English.
5.Content Structure
Poster must include: Title, Objective, Methodology, Results/Prototype, Conclusion, and References.
6.Printed Format
Posters must be printed (flex/banner print)
7.Each team will get 5-7 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes of Q&A form the evaluation panel.

Evaluation Criteria:
Posters will be judged:
Innovation (25%),
Technical Content (25%),
Relevance to Theme (20%),
Visual Design (15%),
and Presentation (15%).
