The Hackathon 2026 is a 24-hour innovation-driven event organized for students from all departments across the campus. This event aims to bring together creative minds from engineering, management, science, commerce, arts, pharmacy, IT, and other disciplines to collaboratively solve real-world problems through innovative ideas and technology.

Problem Description:
Road accidents involving two-wheelers are a major cause of injuries and
fatalities, especially in rural and urban areas where immediate medical
assistance is not always available. In many cases, victims do not receive
timely help because bystanders are unaware or emergency contacts are not
informed quickly.
There is a need for a smart wearable safety solution that can automatically
detect accidents and instantly send emergency alerts
Rules & Regulations:
Important rules: -
1.It is important for the entire team to be present at the time of evaluation.
2.If there are a minimum of 5 teams, only 1 team will be the winner.
3.If there are a minimum of 10 teams, only 2 teams will be the winner.
4.If there are more than 15 teams, then 3 teams will be the winner.
5.There will be 3 winner teams for more than 15 participation of teams per type of problem statement.
Time, duration & facility: -
1.Hackathon will be conducted for 24 hours.
2.For other university student’s accommodation facility will be provided by the ganpat university.
Eligibility Criteria: -
1. Participants must carry valid institutional ID cards.
2. Only registered Students are allowed to be the part of Hackathon.
3. Each participant can be part of only one team.
4. Teams must register before the specified deadline.
Team Formation Rules: -
1. Each team must consist of 3–5 members.
2. Teams should be multidisciplinary (preferred).
3. One member must be designated as Team Leader.
Problem Statement Selection: -
1. Teams must select only one approved problem statement.
2. The solution must strictly address the chosen problem statement.
3. Changing the problem statement after submission deadline is not allowed.
4. You have to select one topic from the given problem statements.
Project Development Rules: -
1. The solution must be original and developed during the hackathon period.
2. Use of open-source libraries is allowed.
3. Pre-built templates are allowed but core logic must be developed by the team.
4. Plagiarism or copied solutions will result in disqualification.
5. AI tools may be used for assistance but not for full solution generation.
Evaluation Criteria:

• Feasibility & Scalability (20%)
• Social Impact (20%)
• Presentation & Demo (15%)
