On the Spot Poster Presentation offers students a platform to creatively express engineering ideas aligned with the theme "Innovative Engineering for a Better Tomorrow." Participants will have 60 minutes to design handmade posters using their own materials, followed by a brief presentation. The event encourages innovation, quick thinking, and effective visual communication. Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality, clarity of concept, relevance to the theme, visual presentation and neatness, and presentation skills.

Rules & Regulations:
(1) Each team/member will be given 3-5 minutes for the presentation.
(2) A maximum of 2 students per team/group is allowed.
(3) The poster must be based on the given theme.
(4) The Poster should be made on-the-spot within the given time (60 minutes).
(5) Only handmade posters are allowed (no digital tools).
(6) Poster size: A3 or Chart paper (will be provided).
(7) Participants must bring their own Stationary (colors, pens, rulers, etc.).

Evaluation Criteria:
Judging will be done on the basis of clarity of demonstration, effectiveness of the poster and uniqueness of your idea.
