BioIgnite is a Life Sciences and Biology-based event encouraging creativity and innovation in model presentation. Participants can present both working and non-working models individually or in groups of up to three members. The event will be evaluated on creativity, presentation & clarity, and impact & relevance.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Eligibility
• Open to students from Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy,
and related disciplines.
• Both individual and team participation (maximum 3 members
per team) is allowed.
2. Model Specifications
• Participants may present either working or non-working
models.
• The model must be related to Life Sciences, Biology, or allied
fields.
• Each team must bring all required materials. The organizers will
not provide additional resources.
3. Presentation Guidelines
• Time allotted for each presentation: 15 minutes (10 minutes
presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
• Models should be accompanied by a clear explanation of
concept, relevance, and application.
• Use of charts, posters, or digital aids is permitted to support
the model.

4. Evaluation Criteria
• Creativity & Innovation – 30%
• Presentation & Clarity – 30%
• Impact & Relevance to Life Sciences – 40%

5. General Rules
• Plagiarism or copying existing projects without proper
acknowledgment will lead to disqualification.
• Teams must report at least 30 minutes prior to the event for
registration and setup.
• Any damage to university property during model installation
will be the responsibility of the participant.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
6. Additional Guidelines (for fairness & smooth conduct)
• Use of hazardous chemicals, flames, or unsafe materials is
strictly prohibited.
• Models should be portable and manageable within the allotted
space.
• Participants must maintain discipline and decorum throughout
the event.
