There will be a quiz competition between participants based on biology-related topics. It will be having 3 rounds of the quiz consisting of different formats.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Participation Rules:
• You can participate as an individual or as a team of 2 (in pairs).

2. General Round: Round 1
• Each team will be asked a set of questions one after another in
sequence.
• Marks per Question: 10
• Time Limit: 30 seconds per question.
• No negative marking in this round.

3. Rapid Fire Round: Round 2
• Each team will be asked 5 consecutive questions.
• Teams get 5 seconds to answer each question immediately
after it is asked.
• No team discussion is allowed in this round.
• Teams may pass a question if unable to answer.
• Marks per Correct Answer: 10
• No negative marking in this round.

4. Buzzer Round (Final Round) Round 3
• A total of 10 questions will be asked to all teams.
• Teams may discuss before pressing the buzzer.
• Once the buzzer is pressed, no further discussion is allowed.
• Answer Time: 20 seconds after pressing the buzzer.
• Marking System:
• Correct Answer: +10 points

• Wrong Answer or No Answer after pressing buzzer: –5 points
• If the first team fails, the chance passes to the next team who
pressed the buzzer.

5. General Rules
• All participants must report to the venue 15 minutes before the
event starts.
• Any attempt to cheat, disrupt, or argue with quizmasters will
result in disqualification.
• The quizmasters’/judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
• Organizers reserve the right to modify rounds/rules if required
for smooth conduct of the event.
• Good sportsmanship is expected from all participants.

Evaluation Criteria:
The maximum correct answer gets the point.
