Think Beyond

This is the event where student will present their Innovative Idea.

Rules & Regulations:
(1) Idea must reflect the innovativeness and its feasibility of the project.
(2) Maximum three participants are allowed per team.
(3) Each group have to prepare a chart or model or poster approximately A2 size.
(4) The total time duration for explaining the idea and time will be given only 10 minutes (8 minutes for explanation + 2 minutes for question-answer)
(5) Participants from same institutes and department can form a team.
(6) All the participants will be awarded participation certificate.
(7) Certificate of Excellence will be awarded to Winning teams.

Design & Layout Specification:
(1) The poster should be designed on the A2 size sheet.
(2) A banner displaying your poster Title, Name and College should be positioned at Top-Centre of the board.

Evaluation Criteria:
Ranking for event will be given by Judge panel.

Projectron

This is the event where student will present their Project Model.

Rules & Regulations:
(1) Maximum three participants are allowed per team.
(2) Model of project must be required.
(3) Model for PROJECTRON must be related to Electrical Engineering
(4) The total time duration for explaining the model will be 10 minutes. (8 minutes for explanation + 2 minutes for question-answer)
(5) Participants from same institutes and department can form a team.
(6) All the participants will be awarded participation certificate. Certificate of Excellence will be awarded to Winning teams
(7) Measuring instruments & required supply should be provided by us only, other instruments and model equipment's will not provide.
(8) Working model of PROJECTRON should bring in campus at your own risk, no fund will provided if damaged caused by other external reasons or during the demonstration in event.

Evaluation Criteria:
Ranking for PROJECTRON will be given by Judge panel.

Mock Interview

This is the event where student will appear in a Mock Test, Group Discussion & Mock Interview.

Rules & Regulations:
➔ Eligibility for Junior Electrical Engineer level: Student from diploma final year and B.Tech/B.E. Second year.
➔ Eligibility for Deputy Electrical Engineer level: Student from B.Tech/B.E. Third year and final year.
➔ Eligibility for Senior Electrical Engineer level: Student from B.Tech/B.E. Final year and M.Tech/M.E.
➔ Participants should come in a formal dress code and bring only photocopy of necessary documents with their identification proof.
➔ Elimination Round:
(1) A technical test of 30 Marks will be conducted.
(2) Total time duration will be 20 Minutes.
(3) Student who will be shortlisted can proceed in the next round.
➔ Discussion:
(1) From the short listed participants, groups for discussion will be formed on the basis of online test raking.
(2) The individual performance during group discussion will be judged by penal of experts.
(3) Student who will be shortlisted can proceed in the next round.
➔ Interview:
A panel of experts will ask technical, managerial and general knowledge related questions and will give their Judgment.

Participants written test and technical knowledge.

Circuit Assembly

This is the event where participants should design and development of electrical field related circuit.

Rules & Regulations:
(1) A tool kit of Electronics Devices will provide to the team.
(2) Participants will have to assemble the circuit before given time limit.
(3) They will have to assemble right circuit on bread board or PCB.
(4) Ranking to the them will be given on the basis of time bound assembly work and technical knowledge.
(5) First three ranker will be winner.

Evaluation Criteria:
Circuit proper connection and satisfied result.
